Laminate options for Decals and Signs

Vinyl Quality=As the rule is the more you spend the better the product. 1-2 yr Label vinyl is generally used when you don't need to worry about the reliability of the product and you need to save money. Use Label vinyl for permanent applications when 1-2 year life is adequate- paper bags, packaging ect. Can not be used with shape -Contour Shape Cuts Our Bumper sticker material generally will last 1-2 years without lamination. For longer life please use laminate IJ-36-20 is a removable version of the label material. For all other more reliable applications - use the (bubble free) comply vinyls. These vinyls are designed to last 5-7 years. Special comply adhesive also makes installation without air bubbles very easy. For longer life spans and for tiling images together (wraps), we recommend the premium 3m 180C. Unlike its cheaper calendared companions, this vinyl is processed at the mill slower and is made to not shrink overtime, making it a perfect material for connecting pieces to make larger murals and or wrapping vehicles. In either case it is worth mentioning that the life span of the vinyl does not include the life of the ink. Ink color can only be extended with the use of uv laminates. Fading will depend on the amount of sunlight exposed to the ink on a daily basis. Add laminate to increase the life of your decal whenever you think the sun will be a large component in its lifetime.

Some times larger banners hang straighter when using poles.

Glossy Photo or Satin Poster and standard thinner poster paper options

Use thicker material when you know your signs need to be hung. Thicker materials weigh more and tend to sway less in the wind. As aluminum gets thicker it gets more stable.

Used Frames are exactly what they are used or refurbished they work just as good as brand new, however the older screens can fail sooner than a brand new screen. usually glue will breakdown and screen will loosen.
